Linux User Group Northern New Jersey USA
Hey guys,
I'm thinking about starting a Linux User Group in the Northern New Jersey area. If anyone who lives in this area is interested, please e-mail me and perhaps we can share ideas. There is no LUG in my area and I think it can be a lot of fun to meet face to face and talk about our Linux systems. And most importantly, spread the word.
Best regards

I have noticed there does seem to be a lack of LUGs here in NJ. Unfortunately I'm not up North myself, but I'm sure there would be interest in it.

Never been to it myself - but remember seeing somewhere about a LUG in Hackensack.
However it dose sound interesting, I have not been actively using Linux that long, but have done quite a bit of experimenting in a short period of time.
Where about are you talking about? - I'm in the Westwood area.

I'm in Sussex County. According to mapquest.com Westwood is about 1 hour nine minutes away from me.
Best regards
