I got the zsnes configure complete and i type in 'make' like it tells me to. Got an error message. I have no idea what it means so if anyone could help me out here I appreciate it:
[timstover@localhost src]$ make
g++ -pipe -I. -I/usr/local/include -I/usr/include -D__UNIXSDL__ -I/usr/include/SDL -D_GNU_SOURCE=1 -D_REENTRANT -DNO_PNG -D__OPENGL__ -march=prescott -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -s -fno-rtti -o tools/fileutil.o -c tools/fileutil.cpp
make: g++: Command not found
make: *** [tools/fileutil.o] Error 127

You don't have that command, and that binary is a part of the tool set needed to compile C++ code. What distro are you using that doesn't come with these?

Not necessarily. I don't use Fedora, but some distros don't install development tools by default. You should be able to download and install it through your package manager, though.

Quite a few distros don't come with dev tools, but usually those distros have large package repositories.
