Zip Files


Guys ive look through the forums b4 posting,

But whats the command to unzip a .zip format file ??

Okay try installing it first. From your Distro, or from

http://www.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/UnZip.html#Linux

which distribution are you using?.
Look for the rpm package at, say, www.pbone.net , and install it as superuser typing the next:
rpm -i unzip-whatever.rpm
then just type
unzip yourZipPackage.zip

i just have ssh to my box thats all do i still need to do super user ?/?
