Error 404 usually means that the page dosn't exist or the server is down.
Heading over to Duke and having a look, I see that
http://mirror.dulug.duke.edu/pub/yum-repository/redhat/ only has directories
Parent Directory/ - Directory
7.3/ 2003-Feb-15 16:10:25 - Directory
9/ 2003-Apr-04 00:46:13 - Directory
updates/ 2004-Jan-03 11:12:22 - Directory
i.e. the page doesn't exist. That would explain the error.
Now... here's what is puzzling me: the mirror you've accessed is for Red Hat Linux and
not Fedora Core.
Possibly you need to be using the
fedora branch?
http://mirror.dulug.duke.edu/pub/fedora ... somthing.
... look to your yum.conf
