yum installiation problem

hi...whenever i use yum command to install a rpm pakage in fedora 14
it always download the same files each time ....while installing any pakage
such as

Adding en_US to language list

updates-source

it download these updates each time whenever i used to install any pakage...it takes time also reduces my data usage

plzz help me out ,,,that is this necessary to download these file each time...or i just wasting my data again and again

man yum.conf

Look for metadata_expire

These two are probably never used, and can be disabled :

# gedit /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo

.. and then edit enabled=1 to enabled=0
for the two items.
