Yum Errors:

Every time I try do do anything with yum I get something like this:

[root@69-11-88-239 Tom]# yum -y install xmms xmms-mp3 xmms-faad2 gstreamer-plugins-ugly libmad libid3tag
Loading "installonlyn" plugin
rpmdb: PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery
error: db4 error(-30977) from dbenv->open: DB_RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery

idx = ts.dbMatch('provides', distroverpkg)
TypeError: rpmdb open failed
[root@69-11-88-239 Tom]#

What am I doing wrong? I'm sure I added the repository correctly...but just incase how would I remove the repository [or all and start fresh.]

Besides this I'm loving Core 6.
