You can use bchunk to convert .cue/.bin files to .iso
Code:

bchunk <image.bin> <image.cue> <basename>
This creates basename.iso

I found this here http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=230412

This thread is highly ranked in google, so I thought I'd lend my experience..

Recently I needed to break open a bin/cue file to examine its contents. Since much of the software listed here is kernel modules, it's relevance to the current state is waning. (how many people still use kernel 2.4 on their desktops?)

However, I did find a wonderful GUI tool for this:

AcetoneISO. Fedora 11 (at least) has it packaged for install, and it works with KDE4 quite nicely. It includes the ability to mount virtual drives via FUSE.

So far, works pretty well on the 3 bin/cue's I've tested.

New link for CDEmu: http://cdemu.sourceforge.net/

Just tested it, works great for mounting CUE/BIN images.
