The last time I used KDE, there was a menu entry (somewhere in that long list of apps you don't have) for a utility to edit the menu, and it even has an autodetect-type of feature.
Likewise, there is a menu-generating script included in Fluxbox (called, strangely enough, fluxbox-generate_menu), but I hate giving control over to some script for a simple, one-time task like editing the menu. Check out the menu in Fluxbox (~/.fluxbox/menu) in your text editor of choice. It's really simple to edit yourself. There's a lot of info about it in the
Fluxbox Documentation. You should read it sometime ;-)
