Hello everyone. im getting some xscreensaver wierdness. When i run the xscreensaver-demo program i get no settings for the screensavers under standard. If i click on advanced i get the advanced settings such as the command but the standard button shows nothing. Also it shows no description just No discription available and the documentation button shows no man file.


This is a fresh installation of xscreensaver to the /usr/local directory. Anyone got any ideas ?




the package was compiled with prefix of /usr/local and installed as root

your bio says your using Slack 10...........why compile it, just download a tarball and install as usual.........

Yea sorry this is actually on a LFS system not the slackware computer. I need to update the bio is all :P
