xscreensaver automatic startup in Mandriva 2008
 

Could somebody tell me how to set up the Xscreensaver to start automatically, when the KDE starts?
I use Mandriva 2008 and every time I log in, the Xscreensaver is off and I have to start it up from the 'run' menu.

One option is to add it to your .xinitrc file and have it launch just before your window manager is started.

xscreensaver -no-splash &

You would need to identify which line to place this before.

May be other ways to do it.
