Xorg Virtual Desktop


I run my GUI at 1280x1024 and I like to have a virtual desktop at 1600x1200, but I would like to change to a different virtual resolution without restarting my GUI (i.e. something like <ctrl>+<alt>+<keypad+>).

xrandr does this, if your using kde you can use kranr, I'm sure the others have something similar.
