Xorg 6.9 and latest Mesa built and installed without issue and work, however during start up now, I get a handful of warning messages along the lines of:
No matching visual for __GLcontextMode with visual class = 5 (32771), nplanes = 8

It doesn't seem to be effecting anything, but I would prefer to have them not do that.


On an unrelated note, I didn't want to make another thread for something like this, I had to reinstall grub, and now I have to hit esc to bring up the menu. Previously I could hit any key, anyone know how I can change that back?

i think that's just the xprint server trying to line up visuals with GLX driver info.
they apearently are trying to get xprint to entertain GLX -- not sure why.

anybody else know why just out of curiosity?

I know a couple of these occur around sm_client. Luckily they're just an annoyance. If I could just get acpid to start up properly with xorg (I currently have to go run level 3, then start x, because acpid just won't start if xorg starts first) I think things would be pretty smooth.
