Perhaps anyone of you does know, that opensuse 10.2, which was just released a few days ago, uses Xorg 7.2 which is incompatible to ATI graphic cards. Therefore, I found a way to solve that at least temporarily: install of a few rpm's of Xorg 6.9 from the suse 10.1 installation. it works quite well with the ATI driver BUT there is an issue with the keyboard. I am not able to change the keyboard settings either in sax2 nor in kde, so only part of my keys are working (german umlauts and alt-gr functions don't work!).

now my question: after extensive search I did not find any rpm repository for Xorg 7.1 rpm's. I don't want to compile Xorg from source since there are a few dependencies which are better resolved by smart.... does anybody know a source for Xorg 7.1 rpm's related to opensuse? on the servers and mirrors of opensuse you only find the new Xorg 7.2 which don't work together with the ATI driver.
