Hey,
Just installed SuSe 10.0, and trid to play mp3 in xmms, but it won't play. I had the same problem in 9.3 but solved it by installing some codecs, unfortunantly I can't find them to Suse 10.0
Suse typically releases multimedia updates for download a little later so you can listen to mp3's/play dvd's/etc. Reason for this is the USA's copyright laws are made by corporations and corporations=people here. So, in short, be patient. This happened last release.
