XMMS won't stay on top
 

I'm using GNOME 2.2 w/ Mandrake 9.1 RC1, I can't get XMMS to stay on top when I select the option...it just gets overlapped by other windows when I click off it...I had this same problem in RH 8.0, I think... Any Ideas? Anybody else have this problem? its 1.2.7

I recently installed RH9 and noticed the same thing. It appears to be a Metacity (Gnome 2.2 window manager) problem. My search found someone with the opposite problem as well--a Debian user couldn't get it to go below.

Maybe Metacity and Audio Player/XMMS will be able to play nicely soon.
