XML Parser...

Well, I want to install programs.. I get this:

configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool

Then I get to this step. As I dont have permissions to do MAKE INSTALL, I have to do this: and I get an error.... im new to linuz, on Redhat Fedora... umm Core 6

[divinewind_0587@localhost XML-Parser-2.34]$ perl -I../blib/lib -I../blib/arch xmlcomments REC-xml-19980210.xml
Can't open perl script "xmlcomments": No such file or directory
[divinewind_0587@localhost XML-Parser-2.34]$

would be easier if you could login as root but maybe this helps...

You need to install the perl XML parser devel package which is available in the Fedora Core repos. You can install it using YUM or YUMEX.
