xlock allow certain keys?

Can I run xlock, and have it NOT block certain keys from passing through?

For instance, I have my XF86Audio* keys bound, but I want to be able to run the bound commands (Fluxbox) while the screen is locked, to raise volume, pause, play, etc.

Any ideas? I know it's a long shot, but it's still frustrating to have to login, hit volume up a couple times or change current song, and hit my locking key again...

I'm not sure about how they are bound in fluxbox but if you bind them using acpid then it should work with the screen being locked.
