xkb maintainer

Does anyone know who maintains xkb? So far I've yet to find out...

Basically, I have a new keyboard layout (Logitech Internet Navigator Keyboard, but it's different from all the others listed), a new key layout (gb-dvorak with modifications), and some questions as to why a lot of stuff has changed (previously I used dvorak(gb), now I have to use gb(dvorak)).
