gah, refresh and it reposts. I hate mb's. I do appreciate all the help I'm getting though. Thanks btw. I'm going to keep working on installing the compilers, cd drive is being homosexual.

Tip: Shut the CD drive before saying you put the cd in. Weird, but if you just place the cd on the thing and say ok, it'll take it in but not read it (maybe this is just for me...)

Try installing most of the development packs, as they're very useful for anything more than just installing Mdk and leaving it (eg upgrading/installing programs)
