HI, when i try to play a .mov file in xine, i type at the terminal:
xine /home/user/file.mov
and this shows up:
Code:

I am running Mandrake 9.2 and i installed this packages for xine:
Code:
curl-7.10.3-1.i386.rpm RealPlayer9-9.0.7.151-4.i386.rpm xine-ui-0.99.1cvs-040512.i586.rpm
libdvdcss-1.2.8-2.network.i386.rpm w32codec-0.52-1.i386.rpm
libxine1-1_cvs-040512.k7.rpm
Also, how do i put the subtitles to a movie, i tryed this: xine /location/movie.mov%/folder/subtitle.srt but it doesn´t work.
Thanks in advance,
Greetings,

Cool

Don't know of the .mov problem, but after two months of research I found out how to load external subtitles from the xine command line:

xine <moviename>#subtile:<subtitle_file_name>

Change the itallic parts.
