Xine Audio Quirk - Fader interferes
 

Hey all, I'm running Xine 0.9.23 on Fedora Core 1 and have Xine working great with Real, Quicktime, Windows Media, etc. The only quirk is this: when it starts playing ANY kind of media, it's very quiet, no matter how loud I turn the volume up.

Now, I can fix it by going to KMix and jogging the fader left or right and returning it to center. The volume jumps up to normal levels then, and I can control it normally within Xine or using KMix.

Any suggestions?

Anyone? At all?
