g'day folks
i was wondering if anyone has compiz running on FC5 yet. i heard it ships with XOrg-7.0 and that has XGL built into it right. however its been over a month since FC5 came out and i still havnt seen any tutorials, let alone any articles abt compiz running on FC5 so give a shout if anyone does get it running.
hang on, my bad ! FC5 doesnt use XGL, its got AIGLX instead. allow me to rephrase the question, has anyone got AIGLX running ? does t have to be installed manually from source or is it integrated into the XORG FC5 ships with ?
hmm....it aint integrated into Xorg but there is a way to install it using yum. the page on http://www.redhat.com/archives/rhl-d.../msg00971.html shows how that can be done in a few simple steps, am downloading currentl, lets see how it goes.
