xfree86 / KDE 3.3 / Debian Sid - Fonts are HUGE!!
 

I just installed Debian Sid from the unofficial ISOs... however they seem to be fine. Everything is working, but text in X are huge. I have the "-dpi 100" option set. My screen resolution is 1600x1200 on a laptop with the nv driver (not the nvidia driver) yet. Any ideas what controls this? I have looked for several posts on this but can't find anything related. I have tried things a few posts have mentioned by nothing seems to work. My Control Center in KDE thinks these huge fonts are all 12 or 10 pt fonts. In Windows, these would be like 20 pt or something.

In the kde control center you can set the font size.
