XFree86 4.3 question...

I want to use to install my xfree86 4-3... but I can't seem to find extract/

I found one last night that I had used with compiling 4-1 but it would not execute.

If there is no extract program, can someone give me a step by step install process of X.

I have all 8 files.

Rep: Reputation: 58 is probably an install script. To make it executable, command:
chmod 755 /path/to/

Now the command /path/to/ will run it.

Read the install instructions very carefully........
