Question Xfce Samba from Run (smb://)

hi
i just installed xubuntu-desktop(Xfce4 basically) on my ubuntu dapper machine and it seems to be working fine (though i havent messed with it much).However there is one problem i cant figure out how to access samba shares. In GNOME it was pretty simple:
Alt-F2 ---> smb://[network ip]
but this same pocedure results in an error in Xfce.

So how do i use samba from "Run" in Xfce???

I think that the xffm file browser that comes with Xfce has Samba built into it.

If you do not want to use that, or it does not work, then you will need to install some samba client. Gnome has one built into it, so that is why it works on Gnome, and not Xfce. Xfce is a light-weight window manager, and does not have all the extra features that Gnome/KDE do.
