XFCE Panel Configuration Question

Hello,

I would like to change the default size of the Launcher icons that appear in an XFCE panel. http://img2.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/3d9aed69d0.png is the screenshot that shows what I'm talking about (it is in the bottom panel). I would like the middle four icons to appear as the same size as the "Trash" and "Exit" icons on the right.

If anyone knows where I can modify this, please let me know.

Thanks,
~Justin

in your panel settings menu, you can adjust the size of the panel, and the icons will adjust accordingly. you may need to restart XFCE in order to have them all appear at the appropriate size.

Not to be rude, but did you take a look at the screenshot or read my post? There are icons on the same panel that are different sizes. I want the icons that are too small to be the same size as the two icons on the right end. I don't want to scale the entire panel, I want to change the "default size of the Launcher icons." The Trash and Exit icons are not launcher icons, they are special plugin buttons, and are probably governed by a different rule. But, thanks for taking this thread off the unanswered list.
