Thanx for the reply,
I have some experience with lisp from my time at the university and made several attempt's using other mode's as example but I have not managed to get it exactly as I wont it to work
I would like a variable name (attribute in KF) to light up only if it has been declared in the same file. This would be of great help to find misspelled variable names in a class.
The help looks something like this,
("\\<anchor\\>" (0 anchor-face) ("\\<item\\>" nil nil (0 item-face)))

If anyone has an example that is used in some other mode and could share that here I would be most grateful
