Xconfigurator problems

Well so far so good but for some reason my x configurator isn't allowing the setting I want it saying there is an error with your configuration go back and correct it.

Here is my settings I have a Aoc 5e monitor it sees that and gives the vertical and horizontal settings that are required. It's when I select a resolution and try to test it is where this problems lies because i can't see the message clearly it would sometimes be ok for a second or two but them it would go black as with other sections of the dnome desktop.

I have looked by yet nothing. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

you could try manually setting your RAM to 4 megs or 4096 K cause these cards can only directly access this much of the onboard RAM and sometimes run into problems when specified more RAM...
also, this card does use the XF86_SVGA Driver....

Post your XF86Config file here if you can so we can look at it...
