Red face Xconfigurator

Hiya, Yesterday i helped a friend install redhat linux 7,2 enigma on a laptop (Tiny mediabook512)
When i installed redhat on my own machine and laptop my video card, monitor and other perhiperals were probed and detected, however they are not on this laptop and we have no technical manual to give us any information on what hardware is in the laptop.
please help
