XChat & Tuxserv

I'm trying to setup an fserv using XChat and Tuxserv. I'm pretty sure I have everything configured right in Tuxserv. I'm getting this error:

Code:
Failed to bind to any address or port.
I tried Google, but only found one result which didn't end up working. It said not to specify a DCC IP address and to uncheck the 'Get my address from the IRC server'. It also said to try to delete the '~/.xchat2' directory. As stated, both of those did not work.

When I tested the fserv out the person can gain access to the fserv, just when he tries to download a file off the fserv it gives that error stated above.

I"m positive this is an XChat error since I get the exact same problem when I tried the Obsidian and the Obsidian+ fserv's.
