xawtv: where does it store GRABBED JPEGS?


What is the location xawtv stores grabbed images? I cant find them anywhere under ~/.

I hope someone can give you a better answer than mine, but if you are desparate you might try this... it won't hurt anything...
Get to a shell command line and type "strace xawtv" followed by an arguments you need.
This will show you all system calls made by the program... after it presumeably stores a grabbed image, look backwards for calls to "open".
