Xawtv Problems with Radeon Driver

xawtv was working with no problems but when I installed a radeon linux driver, I got this message:

[root@localhost root]# xawtv
xawtv: error while loading shared libraries: libGL.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
[root@localhost root]#

How can I remove the radeon linux driver?

What driver version did you install?? 2.9.13?? This driver is know to have the problem, so I'd recommend you (if you have a R200 based card lke the Radeon 8500/9000) to use the DRI drivers instead or if you have a R300 based board (Radeon 9500/9700/9600/9800[R350]) you'll be better if you can get the driver version 2.9.12

This is the driver I installed: fglrx-glc22-4.2.0-2.5.1.i586.rpm
It's off this site: http://www.ati.com/support/drivers/l...eon-linux.html

Is there a way to remove it? I'm using Radeon 9100 and I tried it because I'm planning on doing a dual monitor with the dual-head card. Is what I'm getting a trade off between xawtv and dual monitor?

You may fetch the driver at the Schneider-Digital web page. HOWEVER the problem persists with that driver version, form what i've been able to make out about this issue at the Linux Rage3D forum was the best driver version (to date) for xawtv is version 2.912
