X11 fowarding

I recently installed openssh 3.4
when I was runnin 3.1 I could use X11 tunneling with no problems. Now when I try to execute an X app remotely I get this error:

Xlib: connection to "localhost:10.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server

Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: localhost:10.0

any suggestions?
