What couldit be trying to do?
You must be using KDE. QFile is one of the objects defined in the toolkit called Qt, which is the basis for KDE. Some startup program is apparently attempting to call the QFile:pen method with no file name. Do you have any applications set to start when KDE starts up?
Yews sorry I should have said - I have KDE.
I know Qt is Trolltech's toolkit with/on which KDE was constructed.
Is there any way to trace what program is making this
continuous stream of errors?
I guess I could shut down the daemons one at a time
and see which one stops it.
