Post X Window System

Hello,

I changed my inittab to receive the X Window System dialog box.

id:5:initdefault:

I changed the background (/usr/share/pixmaps/redhat/redhat-transparent.png), and I would like to change (Translate) the dialog box too, Is it possible ?

Sure it's possible.
RedHat uses a hacked version of gdm if I'm not mistaken, so I'd take a look at the gdm (RH's version?) source for starters.

My distribution is RedHat 7.3.
