X includes, paths, and redhat


checking for X... configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check your ins
tallation and add the correct paths!

Thats the error i get when trying to compile (multiple) things...does anyone know how to help?

did you install the development packages for X that include the headers and stuff? if you did, make sure to specify the path to the include directory for X when running configure and/or make (check out the documentation on how to do that!)
