working on OBS networks using NCTUns 5.0 on fedora 9.0

friends
i am working on OBS assembly algorithms in NCTUns on fedora 9.0. Can anyone tell me how to add load to a OBS node. I am using commands rtcp and stcp but i cannot quantify load by them .
secondly how to find end to end delay between two nodes.I use the ping command. Is it OK.
