The configuration utility sorta detected my video card as a generic GeForce, but I know I have a GeForce 2 GO and that card isn't listed in the forced settings. I tried a whole bunch of video modes at different screen and bit resolutions but I can't seem to get XFS 4.0 workign right. Usually I either get a blank screen or a text login.

If I use the text login, the respond time is very slow. Like it will take close to 5 seconds to respond to a simple ls. What is up with that.

Anyway, I tried WinLinux support but they haven't answered me in 3 days so I've given up waiting for them. You guys are my last hope...

Do you have the latest nvidia drivers? Maybe you can try to upgrade your drivers to the latest version en then reinstall winlinux.

Linux drivers and help for the Inspirion 8100. No video drivers listed, but it does indicate a BIOS upgrade might help?
