WINE WInSock Error (#2) Cannot Read file

Hi:

I am using a simple MS Windows program through WINE, it opens up, and seems to function, but improperly. I cannot read the input config file as I get WINSOCK(#2) ERROR . How can I resolve this?

Thanks
AJ

The program is ProxyWay 1.25, a simple Read/write function is not allowed, otherwise the program runs
