Please read other forums, do a quick search, before posting things like this because its, well, being discussed all over the net. Redhat 9 breaks wine. I'd suggest that since your trying to install a package for Redhat 7.3, that's most of your problem, but you may not get wine working at all.

Post ...

I am running redhat 9.0 with wine and have been able to get most things working without a problem.

Try uninstalling the 7.3 version of wine you have installed:

rpm -e wine

Then download this package:

http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/source...inehq.i386.rpm

Now install that package:

rpm -ivh wine-20031118-1rh9winehq.i386.rpm

Let me know if that works for you.
