Wine: permission denied to chdir

This is what I get:

[ken@localhost lview]$ wine LVIEWPRO.EXE
wine: chdir to /tmp/.wine-ken/server-346-1a32e2 : Permission denied

What do I do to fix this?

does the /tmp/.wine-ken/server-346-1a32e2 directory exist and are its permissions RWX for user ken?
