wine- OS not supported by the installation. w/a pic

'Tis christmas eve and I'm left scratching my head as to what is amiss here. Anyone have a suggestion?

The winver is to Win98. I did try changing it to nt40 but that just resulted in the exact same error. I guess I should feel lucky, this is the first time I've gotten this far with wine (even Notepad works) but I'm just trying to get PS to work. edit also while trying to install PS 7 it has the same message only it's not service pack 4 or greater its service pack 6a or greater.

Thanks for anything, I've done searches here, on the wine forums and on googles linux thing and haven't found anything helpful.

Cheers,
Trinity

what wine version are you trying?
as of version 20030813, the installation of PS7, is just as easy as your doing so, as noted here on this site

I'm running Wine 20031212 since I found an rpm for it on the slashdot archive. So what the instructions meant was that it would only run on that version of wine?
