how can i get the dll files off of my windows 98 cd that are required to run kazza on wine. i had problems when trying to install the newest version of kazaa so i downloaded and managed to get version 1.7.2 installed. but it wont run. i unpacked every single cab file on the windows 98 cd with no luck. the files im looking for are

comctl32.dll
comdlg32.dll
COMMCTRL.DLL
msvcrt.dll
shdoclc.dll
shdocvw.dll
shlwapi.dll
urlmon.dll
wininet.dll

i had managed to find these files from a unknown source so i want to make sure i have the right ones not windows 2000 or xp dll's that wont work. im completely microsoft free so i dont have windows installed anymore.

thanks for any advise,
AD

Certainly I am to blame: I voted for Bill Clinton the first time. Seriously though, we do have to find a way that software creators, musicians and record companies can be compensated without them running monopolies. I don't really have a problem with them being paid, but how much? It's not like they own us and what we do--or do they?

try installing VMware on to your system and then from the install a cut down verions of xp or win98 or something.

Network between linux and Win. and then install kazaa and go till your heats content.
