Wine installation

Good Morning

I am trying to install WINE to use Microsoft applicaitons on my linux machine.

I tried a lot but it gives me lots of errors.

can anyone please provide me with the installation steps....

what are the errors it will help to work out the problem and what distro are you using(ubuntu fedora suse ect) then it will be easier

ok the thing i would do is do yum install wine then tell me the erros or rpm whatever you do or any package manager

RHEL4.X still used up2date instead of yum (unless the user added it). You will also need to activate the epel repo.
