Have you tried "make uninstall"? Obviously you'll need to do this from the WINE source tree (i.e. the directory in which you compiled the source in the first place). Again, I ask, is this the right forum for your question?
Edit: also, please note that "download" and "install" are not synonymous (they don't mean the same thing), so please don't use them interchangeably.
