wine half loads program

Hi

i running suse Pro 9.0 using wine wine-20040213-SuSELinux90.i586.rpm
the program i am trying to run is a cad/cam program called procad by teksoft its ment for windows 98 as it will not run on windows 2000 or XP so i through wine might have a good chance of running it and leaving out the ordeal of having windows installed

here is the problem i am having. when booting up the program with
wine cad2win.exe it loads up and builds the windows but does not fill any of the palits with icons etc
here a screenshot for anyone intrested.

if i run it to see what dlls it is using here is what i get
