wine for warcraft iii
 

i install wine for warcraf iii too
when i run it the system said that i have to put my cd in cdrom when play it,but in windows it do not have to do so
i don't konw why
can anybody here can tell me why and what to do?

Earlier versions of wine did not support live CD reads, and Warcraft III only runs when it can authenticate that you have a legal copy by reading the CD. There were "hacks" of the executable that would run without this authentication, but they were unreliable and often contained viruses or spyware. The current official version of wine supports live CD reads, so if you have a legal CD of Warcraft III it works just fine.
