Wine?

Ive been having an Issue with wine, heres the output (well really the font metrics arent needed but i figured lets include everything). This is attempting to install HalfLife on a Redhat 9 Machine. Of course, Ive also ran 7.2 and 7.3 and was able to install things such as HalfLife as well as other Windows based programs (mainly as a test of Wines capabilities). Ive also tried a few windows programs that i KNOW wroks a goodf 100% with wine.

Error:

[zed@localhost winetools-1.22]$ wine /mnt/cdrom/Setup.exe

I believe the Error lies in (well it says it) : XIO: fatal IO error 0 (Success) on X server ":0.0" - where it cant find my X Display so it seems. Anyone else have this problem? I think its my config file, or something related to it.. Anyone have any idea?
