windows login look for Linux

Hello Everyone,
This time, I came up with a very strange query
Check this out!!!!!
When u switch on a Linux system, u see all the messages as
"UnCompressing Linux Kernel....
Bla Bla Bla
initialising LFS bla bla bla"

When u start a windows system, u see nothing but a beautiful picture......No messages....

I want to do it for Linux. how can i Do it?
Any ideas?
All suggestions are welcome.

I kow all the Linux savvy people think its foolish... But I feel u should experiment in every aspect........

Looking forward for the reply
