windows/linux printer problem

I am having some issues with setting up my HP2210 PSC. My distro is pclinuxos 2007. When I use the KDE print wizard I can select my Windows machine, but it comes up with a NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED (that is as annonymous). If I hit the back button and select guest, it will appear. I can contiune setting my printer up. But here is the problem. At the last page when I tell it to create the printer, it comes up with a login dialog. What gives? I have samba btw.

Fixed!

Ok, heres what I did:
Selected Anonymous
Selected Scan
Selected Back
Selected Guest
Selected WINXP
Selected Back
Selected Anonymous
Selected Printer (did not hit scan)
Selected HP->2210 hpijs driver
It worked.

Can anyone tell me why this did this?
